What Is Phi Mu Foundation?
Phi Mu Foundation is the philanthropic engine that fuels the success of our members, providing vital scholarships, leadership programs, and emergency grants. Whether it’s funding educational opportunities for collegiate and alumnae members or offering aid in times of natural disasters and financial hardship, the Foundation stands as a beacon of support.
But its impact doesn’t stop there. Phi Mu Foundation also plays a crucial role in preserving our rich history—a history that is not just about Phi Mu, but about women’s leadership and empowerment. As the second-oldest women’s fraternity, Phi Mu has shaped the lives of countless women for over 170 years, and the Foundation ensures that legacy endures.

Sisterhood doesn’t end after graduation. It’s a connection that we carry with us in every stage of life. Through life’s triumphs and challenges, Phi Mu remains a constant source of support, encouragement, and belonging. The Need Has Never Been Greater
While the Foundation does incredible work, the demand for support far exceeds the available resources. Each year, the Foundation receives three times more scholarship applications than it can fund. That means talented, hardworking Phi Mus who are striving to further their education may have to walk away simply because funding isn’t available.
But we can change that. When we give, we ensure that more sisters have access to the resources they need.
